James Marmolejo: If you dont know how to write, then you dont know how to win

Lawyers must take the writing they compose extremely seriously. Especially in litigation law 90% of the judge’s decision is going to come from the written brief you present to him to make your claim about the given case. If the brief looks unprofessional, has excessive words, or doesn’t stick to the direct point you’re trying to get across to the judge he will assume that you do not know how to present information correctly and concisely and most likely will find your client guilty. So no matter what your profession will be it’s of the upmost importance that one knows how to compose the professional writing in their given occupation, to ensure their own success.

  2. Nice Toondoo and good post! I apparently need to make a toondoo as well this week, and because I've never made one before, I'm hoping that making one won't be as complicated as it looks. XD

  3. I agree with Nick, that is a very good Toondoo and I find your post completely true. Without paying close attention to professional writing we are completely out of luck wining any case, customers, business clients and so on.
    Good Job!

And Nick, it really is not that hard, you will do a great job, just have fun with it! :)

  6. I love the title, too, but not your punctuation. Your toondoo is cute but also lacks punctuation. be sure and proofread your work before publishing.
